Purpose:
The Assistant Manager, Creative will directly contribute to the promotion of BYLC ensuring brand awareness and visibility.

Purpose:

The purpose of the position is to record, summarize, and analyze the financial transactions in the books of accounts to support the organization in the preparation of a standard financial reporting system. He/she is responsible for the compliance of any legal and regulatory aspects.

Purpose:
The Access to Finance and Entrepreneurship Officer will work under the USAID Bijoyee Activity of BYLC, which is the strategic partner of CARE Bangladesh, including some other partner organizations. The project focused on a comprehensive Initiative focused on empowering and engaging young people in Bangladesh. Purpose:
For BBLT/BBLTJ marketing and partnerships, we need to be more active and expand our marketing operations both in Dhaka and in the national zone. For that we need regular interventions in different Madrasahs. Purpose:
This role will be second in command of leading the professional development training programs, partnership development, and business development. It will directly manage professional development facilitators, and project associates/assistants to arrange seamless training programs and events. This role is also responsible for continuously progressing the training curriculums, ensuring relevance, and including modern and global learning practices in our training programs through regular innovation. Furthermore, this role will also take a step to ensure BYLC OPD’s long-term ambition to generate revenue through training programs, partnership development, and business development.

● Deliver uninterrupted, high-quality services to students, parents, and stakeholders, ensuring the successful completion of core training programs
● Manage a team of 4–10 facilitators to support program participants in the teaching-learning process effectively
● Coordinate across support teams to meet program targets and innovate ways to enhance program quality through collaboration, research, and strategic planning
● Design and organize training curriculums, including online and in-person programs, while managing budgets and ensuring documentation improvement
● Build partnerships with employers, donors, and institutions to support OPD's goals and contribute to OPD’s business development strategy
